Innovations Waiver Services

1915(i) Waiver Services

The 1915(i) Waiver expands access to community-based services for individuals who may not require the level of care provided under the Innovations Waiver but still benefit from structured support. This program allows Ambleside to provide services that help individuals remain in their homes and communities.
Services provided by Ambleside under the 1915(i) Waiver include:
- Community Living & Support (In-home support focused on daily living skills and independence)
- Community Networking (Opportunities for social engagement and community involvement)
